Hatchclip for Notion terms

These terms cover the Hatchclip for Notion extension published by Tabhatch. Company-wide terms are on the company terms page. Support is the support form.

License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the extension. You may not resell it, ship a copy that pretends to be ours, or remove the copyright notice.

Your content

You are responsible for the pages, chats, and transcripts you save, and for having the right to store them in Notion. Tabhatch does not receive that content and does not claim a license to it.

Notion

Notion is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc. Hatchclip for Notion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion. Notion's own terms apply to your workspace. You have to share a database with the Hatchclip connection before the extension can write to it.

Free and Pro

The free plan includes unlimited clips and 3 templates. Pro is $4.99 per month or $39.00 per year, billed by Stripe until you cancel. The template limit is enforced in the extension. A modified copy of the extension could ignore it. Subscription status itself is checked on our server.

Third-party sites

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and YouTube change their pages. Adapters can break. When an adapter cannot find a conversation, the extension falls back to article extraction. YouTube transcripts are saved only when a caption track or the transcript panel is available. The extension does not download videos.

Warranty and liability

The extension is provided as available. Clips can be incomplete when a page is unusual. To the extent the law allows, Tabhatch is not liable for lost notes or indirect damages. If a paid month fails because of us, the remedy is a refund of that period. Consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply.
