Terms
These terms cover tabhatch.com and the shared sign-in and billing API. Each extension has its own terms for the software itself.
The site
The pages describe our extensions. A Chrome Web Store link appears when a listing is live. Until then the page says so. Prices on the site are the prices we intend to charge. Stripe is the system of record for a subscription.
Accounts
You connect a Notion account from the extension. We do not offer a separate Tabhatch password. Billing is tied to the Notion user id returned by Notion during OAuth.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the API, probe other people's entitlement records, or send content to Notion that you do not have the right to store. We may suspend a subscription that is used to disrupt the service.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew until you cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Canceling stops the next renewal. Access continues until the period you already paid for ends. Fees are listed on each extension page. Taxes may be added by Stripe.

Disclaimers
The site and API are provided as available. We do not promise that Notion, Stripe, or a third-party website will keep working the way a clipper expects. Consumer rights that cannot be waived in your country still apply.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Tabhatch is not liable for lost pages, lost profits, or indirect damages. If a paid subscription fails because of us, the remedy is a refund of the current period.
